SMART COMMUNITY BEACON ACCESS AGREEMENT

By accessing the Smart Community Beacon system and related technologies, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. PROPRIETARY TECHNOLOGY & NON-DISCLOSURE

All Smart Community Beacon technology, data systems, biometric integrations, and related intellectual property are proprietary and confidential. You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any aspect of the Smart Community Beacon system. All information, designs, concepts, and methodologies viewed or accessed through this platform are owned exclusively by ELUONE and Luke Crawford.

2. BIOMETRIC DATA CONSENT

You explicitly consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your biometric data, including but not limited to facial recognition patterns, for authentication and security purposes. You understand that:

• All biometric data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption standards
• Biometric data is stored in secure, non-publicly accessible systems
• Your biometric data may be used for identity verification across the Smart Community Beacon network
• ELUONE and Luke Crawford maintain ownership rights to all collected biometric data

3. DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY

The Smart Community Beacon system implements industry-leading security protocols to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely immune to security breaches. ELUONE and its affiliates will take all reasonable measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. CRAWFORDLOCK™ TECHNOLOGY

The proprietary CrawfordLock™ security system is integrated throughout the Smart Community Beacon platform. This technology provides enhanced encryption and secure authentication methods developed exclusively by Luke Crawford. All aspects of CrawfordLock™ technology are trade secrets and protected intellectual property.

5. MDRGC COMPLIANCE

The Smart Community Beacon system adheres to Marina Delray Rentals Governance and Compliance (MDRGC) standards, ensuring all operations meet or exceed industry requirements for data privacy, security, and ethical use of biometric information. All processing complies with applicable ADA requirements and Cashier-Rosen data privacy regulations.

6. TERM & TERMINATION

This agreement remains in effect indefinitely until terminated. ELUONE reserves the right to terminate access to any user at any time for any reason. Even after termination, the non-disclosure and confidentiality obligations remain in perpetuity.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction determined by ELUONE.

8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By clicking "I Agree to All Terms," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. You further acknowledge that this constitutes a legally binding contract between you and ELUONE.
