NON-DISCLOSURE AND NON-COMPETE AGREEMENT

By accessing the ELUONE Municipal Decentralized Regulatory & Governance Chain (MDRGC) platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Confidentiality: All information, data, technologies, methodologies, financial projections, and intellectual property displayed or accessible through this platform are strictly confidential and proprietary to Luke Crawford and The ELU LLC.

2. Non-Compete: For a period of five (5) years following your last access to this platform, you agree not to directly or indirectly engage in, participate in, or support any business, venture, or initiative that competes with the Smart Community Beacon infrastructure, MDRGC blockchain technology, or any other component of the ELUONE ecosystem.

3. Data Exposure: You acknowledge that any data you input or access on this platform may be recorded, monitored, and used for verification, security, and compliance purposes. Your IP address, device information, and usage patterns are being collected.

4. Intellectual Property: All content, including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, and arrangement of the content within the platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights owned exclusively by Luke Crawford and The ELU LLC.

5. Breach of Agreement: Any unauthorized disclosure, use, or violation of these terms will result in immediate legal action, including claims for injunctive relief and monetary damages.

6. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
